Thanks for signing up for our Funding Notification Service! Soon, you’ll start getting weekly email alert with a list of grants and resources tailored to your farm. We keep it short and simple, so you can get a quick glance at open opportunities.

Want us to help you with a grant?

If you see a funding opportunity, but don’t know where to start, we’re happy to help. Let’s find 15 minutes to talk about the grant or another funding opportunity you have in mind.

How does the grant process work?

If you already have a grant in mind or see one in your alerts that catches your eye, we’d love to help you through the application process. We have a 5% success-based fee, which means, if you win, we won’t charge you more than 5% of the grant’s value. If you don’t win, you don’t owe us anything outside of the retainer fee.

Here’s how our grants process works:

  1. Kickoff Meeting: Once you let us know about the grant you’re interested in, you’ll schedule a call to talk about your project, goals, and eligibility.
  2. Agreement: After the kickoff call, we’ll send over an agreement with a small upfront retainer to get started. The agreement says that we’re working together to write your grant, and we respect your privacy not to share your details with anyone until after it is submitted.
    • *Our upfront retainer is 0.2%-2% of the grant’s value, this is to cover our services of research, writing and submitting the grant.
  3. Grant Preparation: We’ll work on building your project, pulling together budgets, and preparing the application so it fits the grant requirements. You’ll be involved throughout the process so that everything reflects your farm’s needs.
  4. Submission: We handle the submission process to make sure everything is delivered on time and correctly.

I need loan help

We can get your finances prepared for loans. This is slightly different from the grants process. Instead of working with our grants team, you’ll work with our financial services team to talk about the loan, discuss getting your finances in order, and we’ll work together to get access to your farm’s finances.

If you know you need a loan, but don’t know where to start, the first step is a meeting.

I have a grant in mind. What do I do next?

Book a time to meet with us. We have 15-minute slots available.

If you want us to write the application, we charge a small upfront retainer based on the size of the grant in question and collect a percentage-based fee ONLY if you receive the funds.

I see a funding opportunity in your email. What do I do next?

Either reply to the email or book a time to meet with the team. We’ll ask your more about the grant, and see how it fits your farm.

We want to make sure this is a good opportunity for you. If it doesn’t fit, we’ll let you know.

Can you guarantee me money?

No, but we can improve your chances.

What's in your database?

Our database currently only covers US programs. We have the majority of US based national grant, cost share, rental payment, subsidized loan and non-traditional loan programs, and are working to add the majority of state and local programs.

Will you write any grant application?

We’ll write any grant application IF we feel you have a good chance of winning. If there isn’t a good fit to the grant criteria, it’s a waste of both your time and ours. We also decline to write non-specific national grants – think the programs that get thousands of applications for a few awards.

What’s your success rate?

Our farmers and farm organizations won 67% of the grants we helped them apply for in 2023.
