What We Do For Your Farm

We work from clean, separated business accounts. If books are behind or accounts are mixed, we start with a one-time cleanup before monthly service begins.

  • Answer quick questions on any unfamiliar transactions (about 5–10 minutes)
    • We build rules so questions decrease over time
  • You review reports
  • Send us Documentation like Bank and Loan Statements at year end (and occasionally during the year if we’re worried about any errors)
  • Keep your business and personal transactions separate (occasional mistakes are fine!)
    • We can help you separate this out, but we have to charge a little bit more to do so

Onboarding

Step 1: Documents + Meeting

  • We set up a secure folder for receipts and statements, send a short questionnaire about your farm, and schedule a kickoff call.

Step 2: Cleanup + Setup

  • We clean up books, build your chart of accounts, and set up reports, so you can see the numbers that matter.

Step 3: Monthly Bookkeeping

  • We handle reconciliations and only check in when needed.

Choose a Cadence

We send a short transaction review email. Once you confirm, we send your profit & loss, balance sheet, and simple cash-on-hand reports. This tier does not include monthly meetings. If you’d like to have a standing meeting with the team, consider joining Essentials or Premium.
