Pennsylvania Resource Enhancement and Protection Program (REAP): REAP provides tax credits at levels of 50%, 75%, or 90% of costs incurred in the implementation of specific Best Management Practices that reduce nitrogen, phosphorus, and sediment pollution. Tax Credits are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
